a good stay

unique detail picture-perfect design pleasant environment amazing breakfast
The hotel has a wonderful aesthetic. I was very impressed by it. every corner had unique details and picture-perfect design. the colour tones and furniture choices created a very pleasant environment. the riad maintains quietness, despite its central location within the medina. staff members were helpful and always smiling. the owner, stefano, was very sweet and ensured i was well looked after. breakfast selections were amazing too!

the riad provides convenient access to the medina and souks, awesome for easy exploration. it is also situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, a very short distance from major attractions, which ensured a quiet and secure stay. this proximity.

breakfast featured fresh orange juice, good coffee, and a selection of fresh fruits. the yoghurt was particularly delicious, and i enjoyed it every morning. the breakfast provided a good start to the day. also the staff made dinner reservations.

the staff assisted with everything, including showing me around and always making time for any questions. they arranged a transfer and ensured i didn't get lost. their help and engaging attitude contributed to the really good quality of the riad. the staff was super cute.

non-operational spa language barrier
the spa was not operational. this was disappointing, as i specifically looked for a hotel with spa services. the staff also seemed to lack proficiency in french and english. this made communication difficult when i needed assistance or had questions, so i felt unsupported.
